The base is the one instrument that really has to know the song.  The base is a accomplement instrument, to be effective it must be used with another sound.  The base sets the chord progressions, the base never sounds wrong in the complete sound, it makes the rhythm and solo sound wrong.  The base is the one instrument that really has to play the right progression, thats why many keyboard players perfer playing their own base, either finger base or foot base.

Foot Base has allways had a draw back from the beginning, it was designed for heel and toe with shoes for the pipe organ in the 13th centry and hasn't changed much since.  Unlike the 88 keys use by he hand it was designed from the position of the hand and fingers, this process took over  hundreds of  years and made stable by the piano playing by Bock, he set the standard for the black and while keys use today and nobody has made a improvement since.

The same principle was used for the foot keyboard found on organs.  The  hands and feet are totally different, the hands has finger tips and the foot has heel, toe, and a ball inbetween, and can rotate and pivot, this principal was never used to develope a keyboard that would be 10 times as easy to play, that why the base petals was so hard to play like a bass player.  Organ bass came way before the bass guitar, the organ was the first plucked bass, bass violin was next then bass guitar.

Using heel toe and ball to play musican notes requires a different type of design for the foot keyboard.  The foot can pivot, swival, and bounce, the black and white look of keys  can stay the same and a reverse action on the keyboard can be used on the foot to play notes.  This action can be used to keep the foot in a relative position making playing the base eaiser to monator while playing the finger keyboards.

The foot base keyboard has another advantage that hasn't be used yet, its physicaly bigger, making it possible to place switches on top of the petals used to play certain drum sounds.  The pipe organs used knobs that was kicked to play drums,, seen in pizza parlors around the country, some body was thinking and making improvements on a good idea.

Touch and feel is accomplished through special shoe socks, the bottom material works best with silk or wool for slip slide and glide over the notes.  Every pressure point in the body is in the feet, the foot is the base of the mind.  Reflexogy in the feet can activate the minds in developing sincopation, cordinatin and dexiterity,  dexterity is used for pressure on the keys to produce volume and expression in playing songs, this was made possible by touch sensitive keyboards, this eleminated the expression petals on  organs sounds in electronic keyboards.
